Under this, 59 new posts of second and third category of Commercial Tax Department, Labor Department and Cooperative Department have been added. The number of posts in the notification issued by MP-PSC on 14 November was 330. Apart from this, online forms for the State Forest Service Examination-2019 will be submitted online through portal http://www.mppsc.nic.in from Wednesday 12 noon. Its deadline is December 9.

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (SPPSC) has released the notification of Combined Competitive (Prelims) Exam 2019. Through the examination, appointment will be made to 330 different posts of State Police Service, Finance Department, Revenue Department. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of MPPSC mppsc.nic.in.

The application process has started. The last date of application is 9 December 2019. As per the notifications issued, the examination will be conducted on 12 January 2021. Candidates will be selected on the basis of prelims, mains and interview rounds.

Notification of MP / State Public Service Commission Exam-2019 released; Exam will be held on 12 January

Bhopal. After a long wait, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the notification for the State Service Examination-2019. Accordingly, 330 administrative posts including Deputy Collector, DSP will be recruited. The preliminary examination will be held on 12 January 2021. For this, online forms will be submitted from November 20 to December 9. More information can be obtained from mppsc.nic.in.

The advertisement was delayed due to the government not reaching the PSC for vacancies and posts. Initially, MP State Public Service Examination-2019 State Service consists of 27 posts of Deputy Collector, 22 posts of DSP and 71 posts of Naib Tehsildar. Finance, schooling and public relations officer-level posts have also been included in the state service, although information of the posts has not been sent to PSC by many other departments. It is believed that in a week or two, the posts of some more departments may be included.

MPPSC / Commission will now charge double fees for online exams, rule implemented

Education Desk. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MP PSC) has added to the difficulty of unemployed youth of the state. It is because of this that PSC has doubled the fees for all online exams. This has not only disturbed the candidates of unreserved category, but also reserved class candidates have been affected. The fee for the unreserved category candidates has been increased from Rs 1200 to Rs 2500 directly. Similarly, the fees of reserved category candidates have been increased from Rs 600 to Rs 1250.

The PSC has also implemented this increased fee. According to the advertisement recently released for Assistant Director Farmers Welfare and Agricultural Development (Area and Extension), increased fees are being charged from the candidates. This recruitment is to be done for 37 posts of Assistant Director. Applications for this will be filled by 7 December. It is also not that the youths are constantly being provided opportunities for employment by the PSC.

This year the advertisement was released under direct recruitment to the Department of Agriculture and earlier the advertisement for the post of backlog for the Health Department. Now the candidates feel cheated. Fees would have been increased by 10 to 15 percent once it could be borne, but increasing the fees by more than double has put the youth in trouble.

Candidates' question - what is the criterion to increase fees ...
The PSC has directly increased the fees. Candidates are not getting information about how the fees were increased and what its criterion was kept. This agency, which claims a transparent system, is yet to show transparency in terms of fees. After increasing the fees, no information was released on its website.
More than 20 thousand candidates appeared in the last set examination conducted by PSC. If the same number of candidates will appear in the next online examination and on an average, fees of Rs 1500 will be charged from them, then only one examination will earn Rs 3 crore.

Other recruitments, including administrative officials from MP Public Service Commission (MPPSC), are pending. The notification to be released by the MPPSC in January has not yet been released.

In such a situation, the candidate is apprehensive that the situation will not be restored again 20 years ago, as the reservation of OBCs for economically weaker sections in the state has been increased from 14% to 27%. With this, reservation in the state has now increased to more than 50% i.e. 73%. Due to this, 4 general category candidates have challenged this decision of the state government in the High Court. The High Court has issued a notice to the state government seeking a reply in 3 weeks.

Advocate Aditya Sanghi said that the state government first issued an ordinance on March 8, raising the OBC reservation from 14 to 27%, then the Act was passed. At the same time, 10% reservation was applied for Economically Vicar Section (EWS). SC has 16% reservation, ST has 20% reservation. In such a case, the reservation has been increased to 73%, whereas in the case of Indira Shahani v. Government of India, the Supreme Court had said in its judgment about 26 years ago that the total reservation limit cannot exceed 50%. This is against the constitution. The Jabalpur High Court has issued a notice to the government after hearing the matter and seeking its reply within three weeks. The matter will be heard again on 9 September. The petition has been filed by Pratyesh Dwivedi of Bhopal, Paras Jain of Tikamgarh, Nitesh Jain of Morena and Ramsunder Raghuvanshi of Chhindwara.

According to the revised order issued by the General Administration Department, the age limit for the posts to be filled through PSC has been set from 21 years to 40 years. Recruitment is done through PSC for gazetted, non-gazetted and executive posts. Let us tell you that on 11 June, the cabinet had reduced the age limit for the original residents of MP by 5 years, while for outsiders, it had been increased to 7 years for everyone.

Age limit 18 to 40 years in third and fourth class appointments

The age limit for appointment for the posts of class III and IV outside the perimeter of the Public Service Commission has been fixed between 18 years to 40 years. MPPSC / 12 examinations 15 lakh candidates expected, age limit 35 years, 1.50 lakh students' expectations broken

• There was a change in the maximum age limit prescribed for appointment to the posts to be filled through direct recruitment.

After clearing the status on the age limit, now the way for examinations to be conducted through MP Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has been opened. Due to the decision of the High Court, PSC had not issued advertisement for any new examination for the last one year. The government's decision is expected to be issued soon for the State Service and State Forest Service examinations. However, the candidates above 35 years of age in general category are caught in trouble due to the lowering of the age limit. Their number is around 1.50 lakhs, while increasing the age limit for candidates from outside states has raised their hopes. The PSC had sought guidance from the General Administration Department on 14 May 2018 on the High Court's decision. The recruitment was stopped since then.

This is the case - the maximum age limit prescribed for appointment to the posts to be filled by direct recruitment in the services of the state government has been changed. In this, the age limit for the examination of the youth of the outskirts has been increased from 28 to 35 years, but the age limit of the youth candidates of the state has been reduced from 40 to 35.

The state government had these three options on the age limit:

• It has been six months of Congress Government. In this case, the government could have filed the SLP back in the Supreme Court if it wanted.
• In many other states, there is a separate rule for the age limit and Outer-Native residents. After a detailed study of this, more opportunities could be extracted for the youth of the state.

• The government does not know how many will be affected : The number of youth in the age group of 35 to 40 will be affected by the reduction of 5 years of age of the general category youth, the government does not have any account. :
• It used to be like this during the Congress rule - during the Arjun Singh and Digvijay Singh government, MPPSC had more questions related to MP. This reduced the scope for selection of external candidates.
• Such was the rule in the state then - on 12 May 2017, the circular number C3-8 / 2016 / 3-1 was issued by the General Administration Department on the age limit for the recruitment of posts directly from PSC. In this, the maximum age limit was fixed for 40 years for the original residents of MP and 28 years for outsiders.
• SLP back before SC hearing- The Higher Education Department in the BJP government had filed SLP in the Supreme Court against the High Court's decision, but withdrew the SLP before the hearing. Hence the recruitment examination could not be held for one year.

MPPSC 2021 exam pattern with marks

The first phase of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services Examination is called the Early Examination. Its nature will be two question papers of objective type (multiple choice) in the initial examination. Each question paper will be structured according to the following scheme-

• This examination is only taken as a scrutiny test. Candidates, on the basis of the marks obtained in this examination, are declared qualified / disqualified for the main examination. The final selection list will be made only on the basis of the main examination and the marks obtained in the interview.

The nature of the primary examination is as follows-
1. Both question papers will be of objective type (multiple choice). There will be four possible answers for each question that will be grouped in A, B, C and D, one of which will be the correct answer. The candidate is expected to choose only one answer from A, B, C, or D, which he has correctly considered in the answer sheet.

2. Each question paper will contain 100 questions of 2 marks each. Each question paper will be of 200 marks and the length of each question paper will be 2 hours.

3. The cutoff in the preliminary examination is determined only on the basis of the first question paper i.e. on the basis of general studies. The second question paper is only for qualification purposes.

4. Each question paper will be in Hindi and English.

5. The system of 'negative marking' in both papers is not applicable.

6. Objections will be received within the period of 07 days from the online method by publishing the questions asked in the examination and the key to its model answers, published on the Commission's website www.MPPSC.nic.in and www.MPPSC.com

Main examination

• The second phase of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services Examination is called the Main Examination
• The number of candidates appearing in the main examination will be 15 times more than the number of vacancies and thecandidates who have attained the cut-off marks (class / category) will be declared eligible for main examination.
• The main objective of the preliminary examination is that only some of the serious and qualified candidates should be selected and the actual examination should be conducted between those chosen candidates.

• The Final Ranking of the candidates: This is done based on the marks obtained in the Mains and the Interview.

• All the question papers, except the question paper of general Hindi and Hindi essay writing, will be available in Hindi and English medium. Candidates can only take the examination in the language which they have selected as the medium in their main examination application form.
• The number of questions, type of questions and the guidance format of the word boundary for the answers in the examination papers are as follows:
• In the first, second and third question paper of general knowledge, two sections A and B will remain. Each segment will be of 150 digits. A separate answer sheet will be provided for each segment. There will be 15 very short answers, 10 short answers and 03 essay questions in each section.
• There will be only one section in the fourth question paper and 15 very small scale and 15 short summary brief comments will be included in the question paper and questions of short term related to one or two case studies will be asked. The number of questions can be changed.
• The first, second, third and fourth question papers of general knowledge will be provided in Hindi and English medium. The candidate can choose to write the answer in one language eitherHindi or English medium.
• Whereas the initial examination is completely objective, in the main exam, descriptive questions are asked with different word boundaries. These questions will not have options to choose the answer from. Rather, the answers are to be written in your own words. That is why having a good writing style is very important to succeed in the main exam.

Interview
The final and important phase of the Civil Services Examination is called Interview.

•  Options are not given for the correct answer like the initial examination nor are there facilities for selection of questions. It is compulsory to answer every question and you can also ask for a counter-response on every answer. Every wrong reply gets a Negative markingand worse, unlike the first two phases of the examination, there is no definite course for it. Whatever is possible in the world is part of its curriculum. Actually, the nature of the test is such that it is natural for the candidate to be restless.
• A total of 175 points have been set for interview in the Civil Services Exam conducted by MP PSC. Compared to the marks of the main exam (1400 points) the prescribed marks are definitely less, but these points have a special contribution in final selection and posting.
• Candidates' personality is tested during the interview, in which oral questions are asked by the members of the Interview Board at the place specified by the Commission, whose answers have to be answered verbally by the candidate. This process usually lasts for 40-50 days according to the number of candidates.
• Final merit list (merit list) is prepared on the basis of the main examination and the sum of the marks obtained in the interview.
